What I Value
The "how" and the "why" of my work are rooted in three core values that I refuse to compromise on: Integrity, Connection/Community, and Stewardship.
To me, these aren't just words—they are a workflow. Integrity is how I work; it is the standard to which I hold myself and my office. Connection & Community represent who I work with; it is the heartbeat of the 11th District. Lastly, Stewardship is why I work; it is my promise to leave our community better than I found it.
Who I Am
In a district as diverse and vibrant as ours, leadership requires more than just a title—it requires a clear sense of identity and purpose. To the residents of the 11th District, I offer three clear roles:
I am an advocate for the members of our community, prioritizing our collective Neighborhood Safety.
I am a bridge-builder, dedicated to ensuring no voice in our district is left unheard through Community Accessibility.
I am a steward of our local landscape, committe
d to a sustainable future for the next generation.
What I Will Do
Visions require action. To honor these roles, I have developed a roadmap of tangible results that address our district’s most pressing needs:
I will work to improve local infrastructure. This means high-visibility crosswalks, better street lighting, and traffic-calming measures to ensure our streets are safe for every pedestrian and cyclist.
I will bridge the gap between City Hall and our neighborhoods. Accessibility isn't just about sidewalks; it’s about information. I will host monthly mobile office hours and ensure all communications are transparent, easy to access, and available in both Spanish and English.
I will champion the expansion of green spaces. By supporting sustainable local energy initiatives, we will protect our district's environmental quality for years to come.
